PWF Platform (“PWF Platform”, “we”, “us”) is operated by [Company legal name], registered at [Registered address] under number [Company registration number].

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and us. By creating an account, topping up a balance or starting a check, you accept these Terms. If you use PWF Platform on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these Terms for that company, and “you” then means the company.

PWF Platform is a business service. You must be at least 18 years old to use it.

The service

PWF Platform lets you upload a list of phone numbers and find out which of them are registered on a selected platform: WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business, iOS, RCS, Facebook or Instagram (each a “check”). When a check finishes, you receive the results as two lists: registered numbers and not registered numbers.

A check only tells you whether a number appears to be registered on the selected platform at the time of the check. We do not access, read or provide any messages, contacts, profile content or other private information.

To run checks we work with third-party technical providers that process the numbers on our behalf.

Your account

• Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
• Keep your login details secret. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
• Tell us straight away at [support@your-domain.com] if you think someone else has accessed your account.
• One account per person or company, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Acceptable use

You may only use PWF Platform lawfully. In particular, you confirm that for every number you upload you have a lawful basis to process it under the data protection laws that apply to you (for example the GDPR), and that you will use the results lawfully.

You must not use PWF Platform to:

• send unsolicited messages (spam) or plan messaging that breaks anti-spam, marketing or telecom laws;
• harass, stalk, threaten or defraud anyone, or support phishing or scams;
• process numbers that were obtained unlawfully, for example through hacking, data leaks or scraping against a website’s rules;
• break the terms of WhatsApp, Apple, Meta or any other platform when you use the results;
• resell or publish results as your own service without our written permission;
• attack, overload, probe or reverse engineer PWF Platform, or get around its limits.

Your data and files

The numbers you upload remain yours. For the personal data in your files, you are the controller and we act as your processor: we only use the numbers to run the checks you ask for, to keep the service secure and to meet legal obligations.

• Uploaded files and results are available in your account for 7 days after a check finishes and are then deleted.
• We share numbers only with the technical providers needed to run a check.
• We do not sell your files or use them to build our own lists.

How we handle personal data about you as our customer (such as your name, email and payments) is described in our Privacy Policy. If you need a data processing agreement, contact us at [support@your-domain.com].

Prices, balance and payment

• PWF Platform works with a prepaid balance in euros (EUR). You top up first and checks are paid from that balance.
• Each check has a price per number. The exact price of a check is shown before you confirm it, and it is charged when you start the check.
• The minimum file size is 5,000 numbers for WhatsApp Filter and 3,000 numbers for every other check.
• We may change prices at any time. A change never affects a check you have already started.
• Your balance does not expire while your account is open.
• If a check cannot be completed because of a fault on our side, the amount charged for it is returned to your balance.
• Top-ups are not refundable as cash, except where the law requires it or we agree otherwise.

Prices include any taxes we are required to charge, unless we state otherwise at checkout.

Results and accuracy

We work hard to give accurate results, but a check reflects the status of a number at one moment, as reported by external platforms. Registrations change all the time, and platforms can return incomplete or temporary answers. We therefore do not guarantee that every result is correct or still correct after the check, and results are provided “as is”.

You are responsible for how you use the results and for any decisions you take based on them.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep PWF Platform available at all times but cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may carry out maintenance, and we may add, change or remove checks — for example when a platform changes how it works or stops being supported. If we permanently remove a check, any balance you have stays usable for the other checks.

Trademarks and ownership

The PWF Platform website, software and design belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only to use the service as described in these Terms.

WhatsApp, Apple, iOS, Facebook and Instagram are trademarks of their respective owners. PWF Platform is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any of them. Their names are used only to describe which platform a check refers to.

Suspension and closing

You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if your account is used in a way that puts the service or other customers at risk. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and explain why.

If we close your account without you breaking these Terms, we will refund your unused balance.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost business or lost data, and our total liability to you for any claim related to PWF Platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim.

Your responsibility to us

If we face a claim, fine or cost because you uploaded numbers without a lawful basis, misused the results, or otherwise broke these Terms or the law, you agree to cover the reasonable losses and costs we incur as a result.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change is important, we will tell you by email or in your account before it takes effect. If you keep using PWF Platform after that, the new Terms apply.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Country]. Disputes will be handled by the courts of [City], unless the law of the country where you live as a consumer gives you the right to bring a claim there.
