What should my file look like?
A plain .txt file with one number per line. Every number starts with its country code, without + or spaces.
Can I mix countries in one file?
No, each file must contain numbers from one country only. Split mixed lists into one file per country.
How is the price calculated?
Number of lines in your file multiplied by the price per number of the service. You see the exact amount before you confirm.
How long are results kept?
7 days after the task finishes. After that the files are deleted, so download them in time.
How long does a check take?
It depends on the size of the file and the service. You can follow the progress of every task from your dashboard.
Is there a minimum file size?
Yes. 5,000 numbers for WhatsApp Filter and 3,000 numbers for every other check.
Does my balance expire?
No. Your balance stays on your account until you spend it.
